Al Mashriq Oil and Gas Supplies (Al Mashriq)

This recently established Iranian company is registered in both Iran and Dubai.  In Iran the company is registered on Kish Island, which is a tax free zone of Iran.   Al Mashriq is providing procurement and logistical support services to the oil and gas industry.

Al Mashriq is presently based in Tehran working from KEPS' office. While we expect to continue operating from Tehran, plans are underway to establish a base on Kish Island.  To date a parcel of some 36,000 square meters of land has been acquired. Details are being finalised for the construction of warehousing, workshops and storage yards.  Because of its tax-free status, Kish Island offers the possibility of companies importing their goods into Iran tax-free until the items are moved to the mainland. 

The procurement arm of NIOC, Kala Naft, has established a subsidiary procurement group, Kala Kish, on Kish Island. Al Mashriq is developing a good working relationship with this company as we move personnel to the Island. We are obtaining office space in the same buildings as Kala Kish.
